Text Box: Professional Services — Basic Services of Funeral Director & Staff $1095.00 Our services include: conducting the arrangement conference, planning the funeral consulting with family and clergy, obtaining and filing of permits and paperwork, shelter of remains, coordinating with the cemetery, crematory or other third parties, and a proportionate share of basic overhead. (This fee for our services will be added to the total cost of the Funeral Arrangements you select. This fee is a non declinable charge, it is already included in the packages that we provide) Memorial Gathering/Service at Church/Cemetery Chapel (up to 3 hours) $395.00 Includes, coordinating the memorial service with the family and clergy. Attendance of the memorial gathering and conducting the service. Funeral Service at Church/Chapel $295.00 This fee includes the staff for a Funeral Service at the Church/Chapel, coordination of the event with the clergy and attendance of the service. Visitation (3 Hrs.) at other facility $495.00 Additional Visitation (Per Hr) $ 95.00 Committal Service $ 145.00 Coordinating the ceremony with the cemetery, clergy and funeral home staff at the ceremony. Embalming $495.00 In special cases, embalming is not required by law. If you selected a funeral which requires embalming, such as a funeral with viewing you may have to pay for embalming. You do not have to pay for embalming you did not approve if you selected arrangements such as direct cremation or immediate burial. Receiving of Remains from Another Funeral Home $795.00 This charge includes basic services of the Funeral Director & Staff, transfer vehicle from airport for final disposition. Immediate Burials $795.00 to 995.00 This charge includes basic services of funeral director & staff, transfer of the remains to cemetery. It does not include embalming, services of staff or use of facilities for viewing or funeral ceremony, any cemetery charges or any merchandise Immediate Burial with casket from Funeral Home (Minimum Flat Top) $1340.00 (Refer to package on backside for included items.) Immediate Burial with Casket provided by purchaser $795.00 Immediate Cremation $585.00 to 995.00 (Refer to package on backside for included items.) (*Utility vehicle transfers – excluding cash advances see below) Plan V: Simple Funeral at Funeral Home $1995.00 Basic services of funeral director and staff , removal of remains, embalming, dressing, restoration, casketing, 3 hour visitation, funeral ceremony and committal. (*Utility vehicle transfers – excluding cash advances see below) *Cremation cash advances: Cremation permit and crematory fee. *Traditional & burial cash advances: Clergy honorarium, musician fee, beautician, certified copies of death, death notices, cemetery charges, limousine, floral arrangements, funeral programs, extended visitation, other goods and services ordered from outside vendors. Our payment policy: All charges are due and payable prior to services. We accept Insurance funded preneed contracts, bank trust and verified insurance assignments. Cash advance items must be paid prior to service.
